Pokok Ketapang tinggi menjulang,
Dahannya rendang tempat berteduh;
Duduk beramai hanya bersembang,
Sementera menanti senja berlabuh.
Translation:
Ketapang tree shoot up the sky,
Branches spreaded casting shades;
Seated together only talky,
